Outpatient Angiography at Florida Hospital Orlando

An angiogram is an x-ray examination of your blood vessels, used to visualize areas of narrowing or blockage in the arteries. The angiography will allow doctors to determine arteries and / or blood vessels are clogged and if medical action may be required. This exam may also identify other medical conditions such as high blood pressure or stroke.

This outpatient procedure can be performed at several Imaging Centers run by Florida Hospital. Your angiogram will be completed by an Interventional Radiologist, a physician who specializes in performing and interpreting diagnostic imaging procedures.
